Before & After School Care

Below are the before and after school care options available at our school. These programs are run by independent organizations on our campus, so please contact them directly with any questions.

4th R – Before/After School Care

Open 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. M-F, year-round. The 4th “R” operates during summer, winter, and spring breaks. Closed holidays and staff training days.

Greetings current and future Crocker families,

It is almost time to fill out our interest form for the 2026/2027 contract year! This contract is valid from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Anyone with the slightest interest in a spot in the program should fill this form out, both new AND returning families.

How Will It Work?

On Monday, February 23rd at 10:00am, our interest form will go live. Use the following link to access the interest form: https://forms.gle/jopGdWEkRibZF4pT7

Your form will be timestamped when submitted and will be on a first come, first serve basis. Please keep in mind that filling out the interest form does NOT guarantee you a spot in the program. I will use these interest form submissions to make my registration list. I will make my way down offering spots until we reach capacity and once that happens, I will start the waiting list. Please note that there are other factors that will be considered when making the registration list but for the most part, it will be based on submission time. If there is a conflict with the date/time the form is going live, please reach out so we can discuss alternate options.

Kinders:

When I receive the AM/PM Kindergarten rosters from the school, I will be able to offer spots. We have a limit of 28 spots for the AM class and 28 spots for the PM class so even though you might be in the top 56 spots, you may not get in if your session gets filled. The projected registration date will be in April/May where you'll have a week from being offered a spot to complete the forms (7 forms), send them back for approval, and pay the $100 registration fee. If the forms and payment are not accepted within a week, you will be moved to the bottom of the registration list and I will move on to the next family. If you try to submit the forms after a week, they will not be accepted. 

1st -6th Graders:

Registration will begin sometime in April. I will register our returning families first and then we will fill the spots with the new families until we are at capacity. Once we reach capacity, I will start the waiting list. You will have a week from being offered a spot to complete forms (7 forms for new families, 3 forms for current), send them back for approval, and pay the $100 registration fee. If the forms are not accepted within a week of being sent, you will be moved to the bottom of the registration list. If you try to submit the forms after a week, they will not be accepted.
